Job Title: Insurance Sales Representative Duties Description: As an Insurance Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling various insurance products to clients. Your key duties include: Client Engagement: Identify and engage potential clients through networking, referrals, and outreach efforts to build a strong customer base. Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ insurance needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements. Product Knowledge: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of various insurance products, including life, health, auto, and property insurance, to effectively educate clients. Policy Explanation: Explain policy features, benefits, and terms to clients, ensuring they understand their options and the implications of their choices. Quote Preparation: Prepare and present insurance quotes to clients, assisting them in comparing different options and making informed decisions. Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage renewals and referrals, providing ongoing support and service. Documentation: Complete and submit necessary paperwork for policy applications, renewals, and claims, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations. Performance Tracking: Meet or exceed sales targets and metrics set by the company, actively seeking opportunities for personal and professional growth. Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, products, and regulations to enhance sales techniques and improve customer service.
Experience Required:
sales experience required, insurance license preferred but not required.
