Job Description:

***Promote and sell limited small-production wines through tasting experiences, events and activities. ***Personalize tasting experience to educate customers about the uniqueness of Covenant by communicating our brand style through our history, stories, wine education, and wine descriptors. ***Host guest interaction in a warm and welcoming manner. ***Lead the hospitality team, including staff and servers, and create a nurturing and collaborative environment. ***Assist with tasting room operations including but not limited to: open/close procedures, winery inventory, retail sales and club signups using POS system, responding to phone and email messages, glass washing and polishing. ***Support with winery events and other tasks as needed.

Experience Required:

***Warm personality exuding knowledge and passion for wine. ***Exceptional hospitality and communication skills. * Ability to offer a professional high level, yet relaxed guest experience. ***Dynamic sales skills with the ability to meet individual and team goals. ***Team-oriented with positive contribution to harmony and collaboration among peers. ***Self-motivated and results driven. ***Requires continuous standing and carrying up to 50 lbs. ***Must be at least 21 years of age
