Cannabis Buyers Club of Berkeley CBCB

Established in 1996, CBCB is one of California’s oldest cannabis dispensaries. Proudly woman-owned, locally operated, and family-run, CBCB has been a cornerstone of Berkeley’s community for 30 years. Rooted in compassion, advocacy, and social responsibility, CBCB offers quality, carefully selected cannabis products while continuing its longstanding commitment to safe access, education, and patient care. More than a dispensary, CBCB gives back through its compassionate cannabis program, free community food pantry, wellness services, and support for local residents and nonprofit organizations. As a longtime Berkeley business, CBCB is dedicated to supporting the local economy, creating jobs, and building a healthier, more inclusive community. Our philosophy is simple: Choose Love.
